F.lli Poli is a Vicenza-based manufacturing company with over 55 years of experience in cold metal working and the construction of progressive and deep drawing dies. With a team of approximately 20 employees and a turnover of over 3 million euros, F.lli Poli is one of the many small and medium-sized Italian companies that, despite operating in a highly artisanal sector, has embarked on a journey of digital transformation.

Much of the technical know-how was held by a handful of experts, many of whom were close to retirement. This situation put business continuity at risk, making a system for capturing, structuring, and making key knowledge accessible across the organization essential.
Operating in a context characterized by customized and non-standardized products, the client needed a more effective and transparent management of orders. The complexities arising from customized requests and variable timing required solutions that allowed for more timely planning and monitoring, reducing the risk of inefficiencies and delays.
Transforming their organizational approach, moving from a traditional and hierarchical model to a more agile and decentralized one. The goal was to encourage work in autonomous teams, capable of making quick decisions and adapting more easily to market changes, thus improving productivity and innovation.
To meet the challenges of F.lli Poli, Wepladoo was introduced, a project management platform developed by AzzurroDigitale and designed specifically for manufacturing SMEs that work on a commission basis.

In a context of manufacturing customized and non-standardized products, Wepladoo has allowed to optimize order planning and monitoring, reducing delivery times and improving operational efficiency. The customer now has the ability to manage customized requests more precisely, anticipating and solving problems before they become critical.
